By accessing or using the ab3999 platform (hereinafter referred to as "we", "ab3999", or the "Platform"), you are deemed to have automatically agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue your use of ab3999.

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between ab3999 and its members. It has been prepared in Bengali for the convenience of Bangladeshi users; however, the English version shall be considered definitive in the event of any dispute.

These terms and conditions may be updated at any time. In the event of changes, ab3999 will notify members via their registered email or through platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

The following conditions must be met to open an account with ab3999:

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to participate in gaming under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Each person may only hold one account. If duplicate accounts are found, both will be closed and any balance may be forfeited.
• The mobile number and email address you register must be your own.
• Ab3999 may request a copy of your National ID or passport at any time for identity verification purposes.

Account security is entirely your responsibility. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify ab3999 immediately.

The following rules apply to all deposits made on ab3999:

• All deposits must be made from your own payment account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.
• Deposits are non-refundable once completed, unless a verified technical error is proven.
• Ab3999 reserves the right to verify any deposit.

Rules for withdrawing winnings from ab3999:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit (where applicable).
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required for your first withdrawal. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission.
• Any withdrawal request will be placed on hold if an active bonus wagering requirement is still in progress.
• Ab3999 may temporarily suspend a withdrawal if the transaction is deemed suspicious.
• Failed or returned withdrawals will be credited back to your account balance.

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions at ab3999. Individual bonuses may also carry their own specific conditions, which will be clearly stated on the respective bonus offer page.

• Bonuses are limited to one per account, one per IP address, and one per household.
• Eligibility requirements must be met in order to claim a bonus.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the Wagering Requirement associated with a bonus has been met.
• Not all games contribute equally toward meeting the Wagering Requirement (see the table below).
• Bonuses expire automatically once their validity period has ended.
• Ab3999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Winnings from free spin rewards are generally subject to a ×30 wagering requirement. Cash received from daily login bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — it must be used for gameplay and is subject to standard wagering conditions.

The following general rules apply to all betting on ab3999:

• Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed on the game screen.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, ab3999 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
• For live in-play bets in Sports Betting, the actual match situation at the time of the bet is taken into account.
• Maximum bet limits may apply when playing with a betting bonus.

If a Sports Betting event is cancelled or postponed: should the match not be rescheduled within 48 hours, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded. For accumulator bets, the odds of the cancelled event will be counted as 1.00.

Ab3999 firmly believes that gaming is a form of entertainment meant to be enjoyed responsibly. To help prevent addictive behaviour, we provide the following player protection tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limits: Set a time limit for how long you play in a single session.
• Cool-Down Period: Take a break from your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Self-exclude for 6 months to 5 years, or close your account permanently.
• Reality Check: You will receive periodic reminders of how long you have been playing.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ab3999 and may result in account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering with false information or using another person's identity.

• Collusion — cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using software or bots to play automatically.
• Using ab3999 for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Exploiting any platform vulnerability or bug to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using funds belonging to a third party for gaming.

Closed by Member: You may request account closure at any time by contacting ab3999 Support. Any eligible balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Closed by ab3999: ab3999 reserves the right to close any account in the event of a rule violation or for security reasons. Depending on the circumstances, the remaining balance may or may not be refunded.

Inactive Account: An account with no transactions for 12 months will be marked as "inactive". A monthly maintenance fee may then be deducted from the remaining balance.

For any dispute with ab3999, contact the Support team directly first. Clearly describe the issue, including relevant dates and amounts.

In the event of a dispute, the game server logs and transaction records of ab3999 shall serve as the definitive point of reference.

Ab3999 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified at least 7 days in advance via email or platform notification. Minor changes may take effect immediately.
